The marriage record has Rose's name as "Steel" but Rose L Still appears in the Newport, NH, census for 1880, daughter of Charles and Maryetta Still. Harry, age 23, b Manchester, NH, and Rose, age 21, b Newport, NH, had a son, Charles, born3196 in Manchester, NH, Mar 12, 1893. In the North Adams census for 1900, a Harry Bean, born Sep 1869, New Hampshire, widowed, a boarder, is listed as foreman in a shoe shop. In 1920, Harry was a commercial traveler for a shoe shop. In 1930, he was a clerk at a meat market. In 1931 [North Adams (MA) Transcript, Oct 31, 1931] Harry O Bean took a position in the fish department of Fortin's general store. In 1940, age 69, no occupation was listed. Hillman800 has Harry's deathdate as Jun 6, 1940, referencing a North Adams Transcript obituary.
