No date for the wedding had been set. A July, 1978, newspaper article2399 describes the life of Dr Robert J Veazie of Fairbanks, Alaska. He graduated Drury (North Adams) High School in 1959, attended Lowell Tech and University of Southern Illinois, and studied dentistry for 4 years at University of Buffalo (NY). In 1973, he opened a dentistry practice in Fairbanks, and also worked the bush in his own place for two years under contract to the Public Health Service. In 1978, relatives and guests gathered in Fairbanks, among whom were Dr Veazie's parents, Mr and Mrs Robert B Veazie; Elizabeth Veazie Manzella (aunt), Deborah Veazie Criswell (sister) and her husband Gunther.
