Per an NEHGR article²⁸⁴², Susanna Boylston md Nov 23, 1734, John Adams. Susanna and John Adams were the parents of President John Adams.

Ann's maiden name is given²⁸⁴³ in Descendants of John White. She was the daughter of Benjamin White and Susannah Cogswell.
