The 1985 obituary⁵²⁸² mentions surviving daughter Patricia Luttgeharm of Pineville (LA).

Patricia died⁴¹⁸¹ Apr 24, 2000. She was survived by husband Wilhelm, sons William Luttgeharm (Alexandria), Tom Morton (Portland, ME) and Jerry Morton (Pineville); daughters Mary L Brown (Alexandria) and Pam Taylor (Porter, ME); brothers Bud Spencer (Bangor, ME) and Stanley Spencer (Albion, ME); half-brother David Watkins (Turner, ME); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A marriage announcement⁵²⁸³ stated that William J Luttgeharm, son of Mr and Mrs Wilhelm J Luttgeharm, Jr., and the grandson of the late Mr and Mrs Wyatt Spencer, would be married Dec 26, 1985, to Brenda Lynn Humbles, the granddaughter of Mr and Mrs Earl Beaubouef, and the lated Mr and Mrs Irvin A Humbles.
