Sarah BEALE b. 1712 Apr 232852 at Braintree, MA2852. d. 1770 Dec 15389 at Braintree, MA389. bd. Hancock Cem., Quincy, MA840.

Married821 1733 Feb 26821 at Dorchester, MA821.

"William, the son of John Vesey and Elizabeth his wife was borne November 27th. 1709."2862

William's gravestone840 in Hancock Cem., Quincy, MA, reads: "Here lies Buried the Body of Mr. William Vesey who Died the 23d of May 1787 A.E. 79."

Sarah2852 "the Daughter of John Beall and Anna his wife was born 23d. April 1712."

Child 1. Sarah

Sarah died single at the age of 67. In a will5490, signed June 7, 1802, Sarah Vesey "of Quincy … Spinster," bequeathed her estate to Ebenezer and Mottram Vesey. This is likely Sarah Vesey, dau of William and Sarah (Beale) Vesey. The Ebenezer and Mottram Vesey mentioned are likely her cousins, the sons of her uncle Ebenezer Vesey. Her bequeathal to her cousins implies that all her siblings had died by that date.

Child 2. HannahHannah, or Anna, died young.

Child 3. William

William was baptised389 Apr 22, 1739, at Christ Church. William died "suddenly"841

Child 5. Mary

There are two possible marriages for Mary (b 1743). One2852, Jan(prob) 10, 1763, to George Dawson of Braintree. The second2852, Dec 3, 1764, to Jonathan Bradle of Dorchester. George Dawson doesn't seem to appear in the 1790 census for Braintree, nor Jonathan Bradle in Dorchester. It is assumed Mary died prior to June 7, 1802, as she isn't mentioned in the will5490 of her sister Sarah.

Child 8. Elizabeth

Though little is known about Elizabeth, it is likely she died prior to Jun 7, 1802, when her sister Sarah signed5490 her will.
