William was a carpenter. He died (married) of Bright's disease at the age of 70y 5m 23d. His death record (src 855 383:269) lists his parents and their places of birth.

An affidavit⁵²⁴¹ by Phebe (Veazie) Sherman, daughter of Lemuel Veazie, is documented in the estate records of Joseph Veazie. In the statement, Phebe named her father's siblings and her own siblings.

Phebe Veazie Sherman, widow of William M, died Apr 20, 1888, of paralysis at the age of 67y 10m 15d. Her birth is calculated from that information.
